Requirement

We require that our students will have read and agreed to this honour code and terms of service, as well as to our privacy policy. Therefore, you will be required to mark a box indicating that you have read and agreed to our honour code and terms of service when registering for the first time. By accessing our Website, you indicate that you accept and agree to these policies.

Didasko is devoted to helping to develop more effective Kingdom workers. Therefore, we expect you to act in accordance to Biblical character principles.

Our honour code is based on Col 3:23, Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord, rather than for people.

By enrolling, I agree:

  • That I will maintain Christian character in the use of the Website. In my transactions on the Website, I agree to exhibit the fruit of the Holy Spirit as described in Galatians 5:22-23.

  • To be honest in completing the quizzes and other assignments, and that I will do them on my own unless collaboration on an assignment is specifically allowed (Galatians 6:4).

  • To create only one user account and not let anyone else know my login particulars.

  • That I will show respect to others. I declare that I am accountable to God first (Rom 14:12), but also to my church or organization.

  • That I will not be insulting or judgemental of others in my comments (Matthew 7:1-2), and that I will not post inappropriate material (Ephesians 4:29).

  • I will not judge or ridicule others if their English is not good, nor if they post on the discussion forums in another language. I will exercise patience by using a translation program such as Google Translate to read what they have written if necessary.

  • That I will not post any advertising material or request money from anyone else online.

  • That I will not post answers to assignments where other learners can see them (Galatians 6:4-5).

  • That I am responsible for my use of the Website and all postings I make, such as comments on the discussion forums, editing of wikis, notes, questions, comments, and so on (Rom 14:10).

  • That I will try to earn my certificate by working through all the course material, and not just guess the answers in the exams just to collect another certificate. 1Cor 3:13 says that our work "will be revealed with fire, and the fire will prove the quality of each man's work".

Violations

I understand that if I do not abide by this agreement, one or more of these actions may occur:

  • My posts may be removed from the site.

  • I may not receive credit for an assignment.

  • A course certificate may be revoked.

  • Website login privileges may be terminated.

  • Didasko may take other action, further to those listed.

These responses are at the sole discretion of Didasko.

Any information you post on discussion forums, wikis, and the like will be visible to other learners who have logged into the system. Please use discretion when posting any personal information.
